Ordering information
For quick service when placing an order, please include carefully the following information:
  • Complete delivery and invoice address
  • Contact name
  • Telephone/Fax numbers and Email address
  • Purchase order number
  • Product number / product description(s)
  • Quantity per item
  • Reference of a price quotation (if applicable)

If you are an EU (European Union) customer, please provide us with your VAT number (Value Added Tax).

Location VAT (Value Added Tax)
Inside EU (European Union) 19% VAT will be charged unless your VAT number is supplied
Outside EU (European Union) VAT will not be charged

 

Location Additional Charges
Netherlands Up to an order amount (excl. VAT) of Euro 250.00 we will charge
Euro 15.00 small order costs and Euro 15.00 freight costs.
Inside EU (European Union) Up to an order amount (excl. VAT) of Euro 250.00 we will charge
Euro 30.00 small order costs.
The FedEx freight costs depend on volume, weight and distance.
Outside EU (European Union)
 Up to an order amount (excl. VAT) of Euro 250.00 we will charge
Euro 30.00 small order costs.
The FedEx freight costs depend on volume, weight and distance.
An International Surcharge of Euro 25.00 will be added to all invoices.
 
Additional import freight costs can be charged to all invoices if these costs are for importing non-regular products to our company.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

shipping information
INstruchemie will only ship to a registered business/institute address. Orders in the Benelux countries will be shipped by DHL. All other orders with FedEx. DHL and FedEx are used in order to provide our quickest and most economical mode of transportation. On request we wil provide you with air way bill numbers for tracking on the internet.
After shipping the delivery time will be 1 or 2 days.

payment terms
(Inter)National payment terms are 14 days after invoice date. Orders may require pre-payment through proforma invoice. Payments only by bank wire transfer. Bank details are printed on the invoice or will be provided on request.
We do not accept cheques and/or no other currencies than Euro.

return policy
INstruchemie guarantees that all products perform according to the parameters found in their respective package inserts, until the expiration date. Any product found not to perform up to these standards will be replaced without charge. INstruchemie is not responsible for products that are held past the expiration date or if not stored properly.
